  16. THOR  2.6  is  an advanced multi-format offline reader, supporting the
  17. QWK,  Fido,  UUCP,  SOUP,  Bluewave, Omen, ABBS, MBBS and Hippo (BBBS)
  18. message  formats.  It will also handle TCP-connections with NNTP, SMTP
  19. and POP3.
  20.  
  21. This is the BBS archive and requires thor25_main.lha to function.

  23. To  install  this archive on a system already installed with THOR 2.6,
  24. do the following:

  26. Copy #? `getenv THOR/THORPATH` all
  27. Execute s/cfgabbs
  28. Execute s/cfgabbs_qwk
  29. Execute s/cfgbbbs
  30. Execute s/cfgblue
  31. Execute s/cfgfido
  32. Execute s/cfgfido_export
  33. Execute s/cfghippo
  34. Execute s/cfgmbbs
  35. Execute s/cfgomen

  40. There is a newsgroup for Thor with the name of alt.sys.amiga.thor.  If
  41. the group is not available at your newsserver, ask for it by sending a
  42. mail to your system admin.
